* Head to Brickhouse Grill on Friday evening to hear Copper Possum.

* Jeff Ivy will be playing at Skinny J's on Friday night at 9 p.m.

Saturday, May 5

* Head to Brickhouse Grill on Saturday night for the Video DJ Dance Party.

* Head to Skinny J's at 9 p.m. to hear The PF Flyers.

* Plain Meanness will be playing at Upper Crust Pizza Co. (3120 Shelby Drive) from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m.

* Go to the Plantation Park Music Theater on Saturday evenings to hear the Delta Country Band perform.

* Dave Ellis Grim will be emceeing a family karaoke show at Don Jose in Downtown Jonesboro. (Every Wednesday and Saturday) However, Saturday's big Cinco de Mayo family karaoke party at Don Jose in downtown Jonesboro will also have another purpose. The karaoke emcee for Don Jose, Dave Ellis Grim of Ryan Sounds in Paragould, will also be holding a fundraiser for "How to Carry A. Nation". It will be a Jonesboro-made independent feature film shooting this summer. The film's creators are Jonesboro residents Edward & Karen Underwood. They will be in attendance at Saturday's event. Grim is also one of the actors in the film.
