The April issue of Occasions begins with a cover story about Dr. Roosevelt Gilliam, a respected electrophysiologist with Cardiology Associates, and Allen Muse, a standout football player at Arkansas State University. Gilliam has worked to “Close the Gap” and make athlete screening programs at both a college and high school level readily available, and Muse will be the first to tell you how these screening programs and Gilliam helped save his life.
