 Teeing It Up for Golf Tournaments Thanks to everyone for your response to last week's blog. Audrey and I had a great time golfing and I wanted to share that with you. I hope you enjoyed reading about it half as much as I enjoyed my first outing on the course this year. Unfortunately, this week's weather has turned cold - nothing like the 70-degree temperatures we enjoyed two weeks ago. Remember, spring in Arkansas can fluctuate greatly, so take advantage of a perfect golf day every chance you can.As the golf season gets under way and the local golf courses are gearing up for another great golf season, I want to remind everyone that if you are hosting a local golf tournament you can send us the information and we will be glad to help promote it here. Please include the following information: the name of the tournament, location, start time (shotgun start or tee times), format, prizes, lunch information, contact person for registration and entry fee. If the tournament benefits a local non-profit or civic organization, please include that information as well. When the tournament is over, remember to send us the results, pictures of the winning teams (complete with names and scores), amount of money raised, etc., and we'll be happy to post it here.
