 Warm Up the Polar Plunge! Too chicken to participate in this year's Polar Plunge? Come out and support the brave polar plungers by entering your best chili recipe for the post-plunge party. All proceeds benefit Special Olympics Arkansas. Chili cook-off entry fee is $20 (up to four-person team). First, second and third place prizes to be awarded. Registration begins at noon on Feb. 26.
