No matter how much consumers embrace electronic payments and transactions, there will always be the challenge of delivering accurate account statements quickly, accurately and inexpensively. While almost all statements are created from digital files, the electronic delivery of statements has lagged behind the adoption of digital transactions. In 2011, banks will embrace technologies that optimize the various channels of delivering statements.
