The Arkansas State University Presidential Search Advisory Committee will meet Thursday, Sept. 30, beginning at 10 a.m., at the ASU System Office, 2004 East Nettleton Ave. in Jonesboro.

The committee will review materials submitted by the 11 applicants previously announced plus one additional application that came in Monday.  Dr. Richard J. Federinko of Dadeville, Ala., senior vice chancellor for Student Services and Administration at Troy University, is the most recent applicant.

Information on how to nominate a qualified individual or how to submit an application, along with a description of the ASU System, the position announcement, and preferred qualifications, is available on the Arkansas State University Presidential Search website,http://presidentialsearch.asusystem.edu.  Applications will be accepted until the Board of Trustees makes an appointment, but interested individuals are encouraged to submit applications by Oct. 15.
