 NEA Humane Society in Need of Kitty Litter Following Rescue Yesterday, the NEA Humane Society was called in on a cat hoarding case. Margaret and Lisa rescued over 30 cats from the location. Due to the large number of cats rescued, they are in dire need of kitty litter, specifically scoopable (Fresh Step and Tidy Cat lightweight preferred). These donations can be dropped off at the Humane Society, located at 6111 E. Highland Dr. They can be reached at 932-5185.
