It's Memorial Day Weekend. A great time to sit back, relax, and enjoy the holiday in order to remember those who have fought for this country! Many people kick off the summer this weekend by going to the lake and pulling the boat out for the first time this season. The lake will be busy with boater traffic. So a few tips to remember for those of you who are boating this weekend:

1.) Make sure your boat is functioning well, as you may not have pulled it out in a while
2.) Have a life jacket for each person that is their size
3.) Be courteous of other boaters, keeping your skiiers and wakeboarders at the legal distance
4.) Grab the sunscreen, plenty of water, and grill the best burgers after you're off the lake!!!
