 Jonesboro and Hannam University to Sign Agreement Arkansas State University Chancellor Robert L. Potts and Executive ViceChancellor and Provost Dr. Dan Howard will join a delegation from Hannam University in South Korea to sign a Memorandum of Understanding between the two universities following a reception in the lobby of the Administration Building from 9:30 a.m. until 10 a.m., Thursday, May 27.
