 Lincoln to Face June 8 Runoff Yesterday's primaries produced a tight run for Blanche Lincoln and Bill Halter. They will face a runoff on June 8. With Lincoln holding 45.5 percent of the vote and Halter gaining 42.5 percent, both will have 21 days to do some more campaigning to gain the majority. Boozman, who took away 52 percent of the Republic party Senate Primary, will go against the winner of the upcoming run-off.
