We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to become a dual representative for both United Home Insurance Company and the agency branch of Ford, Harris, and Lamb Insurance. You will be responsible for servicing and retaining a book business for both arms of the company. This will involve inhouse customer service and assisting the support team by coordinated various aspects of accounts and policies.

Duties:

• Presenting a positive image of the agency when greeting visitors by phone and in person and connecting them to the appropriate party for assistance

• Processing incoming and outgoing mail

• Maintaining all supplies

• Support account managers with ID cards, data entry for online rating, certicates, etc.

• Support processing with data entry of applications and preparation of proposals

• Support senior management with special projects

Qualifications:

• Be a team player and get along with other employees

• Computer skills, including Word, Excel, and agency management system experience

• Organizational skills

• Communication skills - both verbal and written

• Detail oriented

• Self-motivated

• Ownership and accountability for work done

• Some insurance experience preferred
