Responsible for technical configuration and support of a provider-based Electronic Medical Record (EMR) to include education, training, troubleshooting and basic database administration. Requires occasional on-call and travel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manage users in EMR associated software.

- Configure and maintain EMR and Associate software including but not limited to:

--V10 and V11 Note Construction and Editing

--Favorites, work lists, task list, and views

--Dictionary updates

--Physician Credentials Updates

--Referring Provider Maintenance

--Patient Account Merge

- Analyze, document and optimize clinical and non-clinical workflows.

- Have a clear understanding of EMR system design choices and their impact across the organization.

- Develop and customize reports for users and administration.

- Troubleshoot and communicate resolution of support requests for EMR and associated Software.

- Installation and support of EHR related Client Software (TIU, Winscribe, Scan, Patient Merge, etc).

- Perform onsite and structured training if dedicated trainers are unavailable.

- Raise and track issues to vendors for support.

- Monitor assigned 'Ticket Queue' and delegate accordingly.
