St. Bernards Villa Topping Out Ceremony
Description: A topping out ceremony was held on Oct. 7 at the construction site of St. Bernards Villa, a Level II assisted living facility with a separate dedicated memory unit. The ceremony marked the completion of the first phase of construction of the facility being built on 28 acres at 2217 West Parker Road.
