Veteran's Day Parade

Saturday, November 9th, the Craighead County Veteran's Monument Foundation will host the Veteran's Day Parade at 10 am in downtown Jonesboro. The parade route will come down Main Street, then route to Huntington, then to Union, where it will then at the Craighead County Courthouse for a Veteran's Day Ceremony at 10:45am. Main Street, Huntington, and Union will close to traffic.
All downtown businesses, organizations, churches, etc. are encouraged to attend and take part in the parade. For more information, or to fill out a parade form, please visit the CCVMF website.
The CCVMF will also be holding a 24 hour vigil with JROTC cadets Doughboy Statue in front of the courthouse from 11am until 11pm. If you would like to donate snacks or drinks for their breaks during tours, please contact Hailey Knight at info@downtownjonesboro.com or (870) 919-6176.
