Event Description: This is the first annual TLC Memorial 5K. The Learning Center (TLC) provides our region’s children with physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Despite their best efforts, some of the children they treat leave this earth sooner than anyone would like. In an attempt to honor these children and their families, we are introducing this event. The money raised will send therapists for a specific training called NDT certification. What they will learn will treat children with any form of motor issues, which is the majority of the children at TLC.
