Event Description: The purpose of Heart Day at NEA is to raise awareness about heart healthy lifestyles for all ages. The free event will offer participants the opportunity to partake in various health screenings such as blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose, a fasting lipoprotein profile, body weight/BMI, EKG’s and more. In addition to offering free health screenings, Heart Day at NEA will also provide educational information on various heart health topics and fun activities such as goody bags, door prizes, a photo booth, red manicures, exercise and nutrition information, and tips from heart health experts.
