Craighead Forest Park dock access, beginner friendly.
Triathletes will swim 400 yards, ride 10.2 miles and run one 2.9-mile loop; duathletes will run 2.3 miles along the gravel trail, ride 10.2 miles and run one 2.9-mile loop on the park road.
