Cancer Patient Support Group

Families experiencing a life changing diagnosis of cancer often are overwhelmed, frightened and full of questions. Families Inc. and the NEA Baptist Fowler Family Center for Cancer Care are partnering to provide a support group for cancer patients, family and/or friends.

The support group will meet on the first and third Tuesday from noon to 1;00 in the conference room of the Fowler Family Center for Cancer Care, 4808 E. Johnson. The next meeting will be Tuesday, November 18. Sharon Travis, LCSW, a Families, Inc. therapist will be the facilitator.
