BBQ Rib Fundraiser for the Salvation Army

Superior Senior Care is having a Baby Back Rib Cook to raise funds for a commercial-size washer and dryer to be purchased for the Salvation Army. The Salvation Army provides over 6,000 overnight stays a year to individuals needing temporary shelter. "This produces an avalanche of laundry daily and the washer and dryer currently being used can't handle the capacity," Ruth Cullum, owner of Superior Senior Care and Salvation Army board member said.

To order a slab of ribs for $20 call Superior Senior Care at 870-935-7707. Orders will be filled on Sept. 21. Pick-up will be after 2 p.m. at the home of Terry and Ruth Cullum, 1311 White Oak, Jonesboro, Ar 72401.

"Help us help others in our community," Cullum asked.
