4th Fest 2018, presented by Bayird Auto Group, Ashley Homestore and East Arkansas Broadcasters, will begin Tuesday night with a fireworks show at 9 p.m. at Joe Mack Campbell Park. On Wednesday, July 4, the day will begin at 9 a.m. with a “Red, White and Blue Color Run,” an untimed race for the whole family where participants are doused in patriotic colored powder as they make their way through the course.
