The Arkansas State University Small Business and Technology Development Center is part of the ASU College of Business providing economic outreach assistance to small businesses and entrepreneurs in a 15 county area of Northeast and North-Central Arkansas.  Located in the ASU Delta Center for Economic Development at 319 University Loop West, the ASU SBTDC provides free and confidential consulting assistance, small business training workshops and market research. 

Consulting and training areas include starting a business, feasibility studies, market research, financial analysis and loan packaging, assistance with business plans and social media marketing assistance.
